    Hello:

    One point that I have not seen brought up in the media (I sent a letter to a newspaper but it was not published) is that Mr. Higgins, the STU president who made history by locking out his Faculty- is also one of 8 people preparing a report in response to the PSEC Report. He is hardly an unbiased figure based on his actions, and he can’t claim to speak for the broader
    STU community. Yet he is shaping post-secondary education policy in Self-Sufficient New Brunswick. And you thought that the mess that the Graham government created on education could not get worse.
