PSE in the news: Conservatives demand action

It is interesting that the Liberals are moving aggressively on EFI and entirely reticent to reveal their plans for PSE. While giving the appearance of transparency viz a viz the confrontational style a la Minister Lamrock, it might be pointed out they have been moving under the radar like stealth missiles making changes. Let’s hope that the Lamrock missiles do not come in massively over-budget and underperform like the U.S. Tri-Service Standoff Attack Missiles. What am I saying? Of course the Lamrock missiles are misfiring. But I digress.

Sorry for the militaristic metaphors, but Liberal education policies–and I use the term loosely–are just begging for the full satirical treatment. Especially the missiles launched by Captain Doherty…

Who is advising them on policy? Who is advising them on strategy? What the H E double hockey sticks are they doing? Like the Conservatives, I want to know. Have a look at Robert MacLeod’s “Liberals running scared on PSE,” Telegraph-Journal (June 7/08, A12).
